SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7 working days ( usually though it's far, far less ) of receiving your confirmation email, unless you have requested more bespoke egg bundles. 

 

We always aim to post all items including our quail hatching eggs, within 3 working days, although time length can vary depending on the complexity of your requests, and these is dispatched either via Evri or Royal Mail, unless another service is requested OR as we've had recently postal strikes.  With this in mind we cant be held responsible for delays in items getting to you once posted.

 

Our posting days are usually Mondays through to Thursdays and we send first class or next day delivery.  Please allow 3/5 Working Days once posted before contacting us.  All products are packaged to the very best of our ability to ensure a safe and speedy arrival.

 

Overseas - It is your responsibility as the customer to pay any import tax and charges that may occur.

Birds - Collection

Birds.  Obviously, we don't post our laying quail but the collection is very welcome, we are a U.K Based quail breeder.  We can also arrange to meet at local bird sales if possible and a nationwide animal courier can be used for people further away at cost and availability for them. 

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS POLICY

What If There Is an Issue with The Products?  Obviously we hope there never is but lets face it even with a s much care as we take, occasionally something is bound to happen.

 

If the Item/Items, you have received have been damaged or broken in delivery you may return it to us for an exchange. You have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you must make contact with us . You may be required to send us detailed photos and if this item is deemed as Damaged/Broken then we will ask for you to send it back to us at which point the replacement Items will be sent.

The postage charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post.

SPECIAL ORDERS – If the item you wish to return is not a normal stock item and was specifically ordered for yourself then there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from the amount refunded.
